With the steam and the hot water that comes from steam and hot water systems and also with the hot water that comes from sun collectors and radiator systems, the boiler feeds its serpentines and prepares your hot water that you need.

The boiler serpentine is a pipe bunch in which heater fluid is passed through. The boiler serpentine can be produced from Cupper (Cu) , Iron (Fe) and Extruded steel pipe.

When the boiler is not insulated it is possible the hot water that has been stored in it to cool more quickly according to the place that it is placed. In these situations the boiler has to be insulated with Izocam and woolrock (10 cm) and it is covered with galvanized sheet.  So that the heat loss is decreased and maximum heat and fuel save has been provided.

The boiler can be produced vertically or horizontally according to your need. As most of the boiler rooms that found in Turkey have insufficient dimensions, problems are experienced in placing these kinds of devices.  The boiler that is going to be produced vertically shall bring a solution to the place problem that occurs in boiler rooms.

The TEMASAN brand boiler has TS 736 named standard and compatibility certificate that Turkish Standards Institute has given. This boiler is designed and produced in compatible with the regulations that standard requires. As boiler tank sheet ERDEMIR brand high quality P 235 GH sheet is used.  After subjecting to the tests which have been required by the standards the boiler's delivery confirmation is taken and it is stamped. This stamp means this boiler can be used by you, our valuable customers, safely.

The usage lives of the boilers that have been used in appropriate usage conditions are 10 years. But this period can increase or decrease according to the fluid that is used.  For all our boiler productions two years guaranty is given against production failures. In this period which starts from the delivery date of the boiler and continues for two years the boiler is under TEMANSAN guarantee.
