*The timber protection plants in this diameter, length and the ones having charging capacity more then 12.5 m³ requires special  production. The productions of these plants which are mostly preferred overseas require minimum 90 days and maximum120 days. These timber protection plants are transferred with special conditions.

The operation vessel where process is made and the by means of the special design of the storage tank the solution amount that is used for every loading can be measured accurately. As the plant has been composed of two different sections, it provides making maintenance and cleaning processes easily.

By means of the special cover design of the operation vessel, there is no leakage from the cover during the operation. Separately any tightening operation is not applied on the cover system. The usage of the cover which one person can open and close manually is very simple. However, as the system is very simple any failures that can arise in hydraulic and pneumatic cover systems do not appear. So maintenance and repair works can be made without any need for service.

CONTROL UNIT

By means of the illuminated indicators that are found on the control panel of the timber protection plant the pumps can be monitored in every stages of the processing work. With the time watch that is located on the panel the processing periods can be adjusted and it can be enabled to stop the process automatically.

Nonetheless in every process end the acoustic alarm device steps in and notifies the user for the process ending.

 

 

SOLUTION MIXING AND STORAGE TANKS

  • The solution mixing tanks which have been prepared for pre-system timber protection plants in appropriate dimensions are the section where processor material is being prepared.
  • The solution storage tanks which have been prepared for pre-system pre-system timber protection plants in appropriate dimensions are the section where processor material is being stored.

 By means of the scales that have been coupled on the solution mixing and storage tanks (level-volume indicators) the solution amount that is transferred to the operation vessel is measured accurately.

LOADING CAR AND ITS TABLE

The wood material that has been brought into last usage dimensions is loaded on the carrier cars. The loaded material is bounded with locking device in a form that do not move inside the operation vessel. After this process the carrier cars are being transferred to the operational vessel automatically. By means of the start-stop switches which are operated as synchronized with command panel the carrier cars are automatically stopped. This system provides a big easiness especially during the removal of the wood which becomes heavy after the process.

During the processing work the operation vessel remains under variable vacuum and pressure rates. Especially in a situation of exceeding the pressure limit the prezostad that founds in the system stops the pressure pump automatically. In a situation that also this system does not work the exceeding pressure is discharged by means of safety valve. The TEMASAN engineers have designed the upper working level of the pressure pump as 14 BAR by considering the situation of failure of safety valve.  So in the timber protection plant (in main operation vessel) any problems arising from pressure increase shall not be faced with. Separately by means of the acoustic alarm device that founds on the control panel the control and the monitoring of the timber protection plant has been provided.

In order to provide the monitoring of the processes on the operation vessel there is a vacuum meter, manometer and a scale system on the vessel.  By following these indicators the user can control whether the facility is working according to the procedures or not.  By means of the level flowing indicator that has been mounted on the operation vessel, filling of more solution into the separator tanks during the solution transfer is prevented. The pipe installation that is found in the system is designed in compatible with the user's factory usage area so that more area occupation problem is removed.

The pressure pump, transferring pump, vacuum pump, motors, compressor, valves, and armatures that are found in the protection plant are the products of the firms that make their productions compatible with production standards. TRAINING

After completing the installation of the timber protection plant training to the person(s) who will operate this facility shall be given by our firm. The aim of this training is to provide your usage of the plant without needing us and to provide you solving the problems that could arise. In the training first of all the equipment (what are they and where are they used) and their technical features, that founds in the plant is explained. Then solution preparation and processing principles are explained theoretically. After theoretical explanations, it is passed to practical training. In the practical training the person that you have authorized and our training officers applies the solution mixing and facility operating procedures respectively as a test.  After completing all processes it is required from the technician to make all these by him alone.

REQUIRED CONDITIONS
FOR FACILITY FOUNDATION

  • The crane that is used for the placement of the timber protection plant is supplied by the owner of the order.
  • The required energy and water lines is made ready in the foundation site by the owner of the order.
  • The ground of the timber protection plant shall be balanced.
  • The timber protection plant shall be conditioned in a closed area. Thus the plant shall be made far from the effects of the cold weather especially in winter. Especially in cold weathers failures occur in the result of frozen solutions in valves and pumps. TEMASAN shall not be responsible from the failures that occur because of these situations.
  • At least one authorized person is needed for the operation of the plant. Any other persons except this person must not use the plant.
